SANTA Claus is coming to town for the Gold Coast Turf Club Kid's Christmas Party Raceday on Saturday 9 December 2006 from 10am.
There will be free entertainment from 11:00am onwards with a jumping castle, pony rides, Cray-Z the Clown, face-painting and the main man - Santa Claus – who will be giving out free lolly bags.
A 'Kidz Karaoke Kompetition' will run from 11:30am in the categories of 2-6 years from 11:30-12:30 and 7-12 from 12:30-1:30 with the finals being held at 2:00pm on the Fountain Lawn. Registration for all ages from 10.30am
Gold Coast Turf Club Chairman, Bill Millican, says this family event will be 'one of the Coasts biggest free Christmas parties.'
"There is non-stop entertainment all day and free courtesy buses as usual from Paradise Point and Tweed Heads.
"The whole family can come and celebrate the Christmas season early.
"It's always a great day and, best of all, children under 18 can enjoy all the Christmas party activities absolutely free," Mr Millican said.
Adults are just $6.00 and concession is $3.00 – a small price to pay for one of the Gold Coasts biggest free Christmas parties.
